Seed Cycling - Balance your Hormones Naturally

Are you looking for a natural way to support your hormones and bring balance to your cycle? Seed cycling is a simple method that involves eating specific seeds during certain phases of your menstrual cycle. How Does Seed Cycling Work?

Your cycle is divided into two phases, where you eat a specific mix of seeds and nuts each day to support your hormones.

Phase 1: Follicular Phase (Day 1-14)

This phase begins on the first day of your period and is focused on estrogen production and building energy.

Eat daily:

  • Flax seeds → Regulates estrogen and supports stable blood sugar levels

  • Sunflower seeds → Rich in vitamin E, promotes progesterone production
